For online orders we accept all major Credit Cards from customers in every country. Inside the Establishment we accept cash only.

TOMIK Refund Policy

You acknowledge that TOMIK TMK is not responsible for full or partial refunds on purchases of Products or related order fulfillment charges including any associated delivery-related charges. Addressing customer requests for refunds on purchases of Products will be the sole responsibility of the "location" at which the order was placed in accordance with such location refund policies. Visit TOMIK TMK directly as soon as possible to request a full or partial refund.
We do not responsible for any "products" wich you have ordered not from TOMIK TMK location at TOMIK TMK, Restaurant & Snack-Bar, Sitio Montinhos da Luz, Luz - Lagos 8600-119, Faro, Portugal or not on our official website.

Payment

Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the user and the restaurant. The restaurant has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the restaurant fulfilling the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card or other electronic payment method on the Stripe Platform then the transaction is processed by Stripe.
Please ask in store for terms relating to any discounts offered.
Delivery and/or card charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the TOMIK restaurant.
Prices are subject to change and all goods are subject to availability.

Additional Costs You assume full and sole responsibility for any

Additional or associated costs that you may incur in connection with or as a result of your order "additional" ingredients (addons like + 1 x bacon etc...) on our website.

How to Start a Refund

To start a refund, you can call us or contact us at customers@tomik-tmk.com or call us at 282043401. Please read carefully below to be eligible for a refund.
Please note, we don't use a "Third Party Delivery Orders" (Glovo, Uber Eats, etc.)

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges if you ordered food online and did not contacted us immediately after your order in maximum 5 minutes. ( In 5 minutes Your order is processed and started to be prepared).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received the request of your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customers@tomik-tmk.com.

Food Order Incomplete

In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us or contact us at customers@tomik-tmk.com as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card. No cash refunds.

Food Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like. If 20% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we do not issue any refund. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, we do not verify its origin or issue and do not issue any refund.

Cancel Order

You have the right to cancel an order up to the point the order is sent to the restaurant. This is normally within 9 seconds from the point at which you placed the order within the Stripe Platform.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.
An order may be subsequently cancelled by a TOMIK restaurant after you have received a notification stating the order has been accepted. Stripe and we (TOMIK restaurant) reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you of any such cancellation.

Sorry, we cannot cancel or refund, if you ordered online and change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared and dispatched. We cannot provide any refund for non-food items or beverages.

Cancelling Restaurant Delivery

We cannot cancel if an order is already in progress and on the delivery route. If the driver made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No dish, product or beverage may be charged unless requested by the customer or made unusable.
